🎄I think I am going to decorate my bedroom this year. Usually, I just swap out the comforter. The hubby and I both have allergies so I don’t want to add a bunch of stuff to collect dust but I definitely want a cozy place to watch Christmas movies on the nights my husband works. 🎄

I like color too, not all boring tan esthetic like they say. Boring is what is is. not so much elegant but boring. especially for kids they don't care about neutrals colorful is good and fun.

🎄🎄I’m the most excited about my foyer. I have a very special Christmas village that was passed down to me from my grandparents a few years ago. I always set it up on our foyer table. I add something to it every year. It takes up both levels of our table. Just brings back so many memories from when I was little putting it up in their house. Love sharing that tradition with my daughter ❤

Love those lanterns! I bought the round wooden ones from Walmart that they had in their Christmas stuff last year and use them year round. We even used them to decorate at a bridal shower this month! I love things that can be used year round.

That's the one of the reason, why I start my Christmas Shopping in August , because the merchandise MIGHT not be there . Hobby Lobby started there 50% off back in August 12 - present time in this region . That's one store, I didn't buy as much, as I used too !! Mostly small merchandise . I noticed too, after "black Right" the store is out of merchandise and the place looks like a mess.

🎄It would be fun to go on a Christmas haul. But I am blessed to have a dump with a what-not shed and find a few cute new things to add to my decor all year long. Last year it was a lighted tree for my garden and a very nice holly elf🎄 My favorite room to decorate is the main room/kitchen Like you it just have to make sure that every nook and corner of my entire house says Christmas joy🎄

This haul is great! I wonder if you put the electric candle thats in the tall lantern on something to make it taller and then cover the booster with one of those circular candle decorators. Like the berries or wreath. That would look nice. And it just like take some velcro or something to keep the pieces together.

Loved the haul! I've been wanting to diy my wooden nutcrackers and the way I am planning on doing it is spraying it with spray shellac and while it's wet you spray paint it with metallic gold spray paint and it looks like vintage brass from the video I saw. I wish I knew how to link it. I think the candle size works. I'm actuality trying to find bigger ones for my outdoor lanterns and that's really hard to find led & waterproof and I am just wanting a white of some kind. If you can't find a bigger red I think it looks fine though.

Be careful with the red Christmas linen/pillow cases. I had a Christmas comforter last year that I layered on my existing white comforter and the red transferred. It happened gradually. One day I noticed my white comforter was pink. I had to bleach it all back white. That might be harder to do on a couch.

Did you know Satin Sheets are better to sleep on, because they don't cause you to have wrinkles on face . This is what, I heard years ago . I normally buy how many thread counts on sheets , the higher the number , the better they are !! I am decorating 3 bedrooms for Christmas , I already have Everything for these rooms, but, I am decorating inside and the outside of home, that's another reason , why I am starting early .
