Morning Harry, glad you're feeling better, Mini's I love um, in the mid seventies I had a mini Cooper s, what a car loved it, wish I had now, later on I had the Clubman 1275GT, a nice car, but never as good as the cooper s, take care mate ........ Colin ☺️

Morning Colin .yes those earlier Cooper s minis were great fun .I had a few twin card minis that took a bit of tinkering to get the su carbs right but when they were in sync they sang . I agree on the gt clubmans...never looked as good as the traditional minis .Thanks for watching mate 👍...Harry

HI Nico , yes I was very pleased with the details ,quality of finish is on par with static models now . Hoping ile be 100% health wise in a few days. Not mentioning the 60% back use 🤭😂 first time I was ever sick at Christmas but it was OK because we were both in the same situation Haa. Thanks for commenting mate 👍...Harry

Hi 👋 thanks for watching 🤗 one great think with our slot car hobby is the selection of cars is huge ,so we can relive real memories or fantasies of what we couldn't afford ...I would have loved a mark 1 escort in my younger days but just couldn't afford one .But my Revoslot one fill that fantasy gap for me .So I can understand how folk like different cars and the minis are not for some, but I agree with you. I hope you feel better soon Harry. Very nice Minis! One thing about Scalextric, they sure do put plenty of grease on the rear gears lol. Those liveries look great, and they seem like fun little cars. I have the diamond edition Mini triple pack, but I have not had the time to dig into them yet. I usually replace the magnet with an equal size piece of lead just to put some weight back, and adjust from there. The NSR Fiat 500 Abarth is a similar shaped car and another that is fun and challenging to drive without the magnets. Great stuff, thanks for sharing! Using what you have for weight is pretty clever, if you ask me! I am an introvert as well, so I can relate. It's probably the big reason I have not started my own channel. Oh and by the way, I went and bought a Pioneer legends painted kit, and it's all your fault lol.

Haha congrats on buying the legends car ...their amazing 🤗 that scalextric triple pack looks great ,I was looking at it when checking out for my Xmas minis . I have some lead weights in the weight collection but need to get my hammer out and flatten them, lol .I've been looking at those fiats, and im liking the look of them. Once the body is back on the chassis, the weight you have added will not be seen, so what it looks like with the body off is a moot point. The track design is looking good. Will this be the shape of the final layout?

Hi Mark ....yes on the layout, it was designed to fit every corner of the room but without being a spaghetti junction and still have some scenics around the circuit 🤗 agree on the point of what the eye can't see regarding the ugly weight additions lol .Thanks for watching and commenting Mark 👍..Harry
