I feel for Kozar having to sit through these to edit together this video. The absolute lack of understanding among so many self professing Christians of the holiness & character of God & His glorious gospel is as flummoxing as it is heartbreaking.
@518hs Жыл бұрын
First of all, Kozar didn't have to sit through these programs. He voluntarily did it. I don't feel any pity for him. Secondly, most of these aren't new. He just added a little new material. Thirdly, the people who are involved in these gross programs most likely aren't watching this video and couldn't care less. So he's really "preaching to the choir". Fourth, at least one of these is about 6 years old, and I believe they have improved the quality and content of their programs. Hillsong, to my knowledge, hasn't done a repeat of that awful program. I believe Hillsong is working pretty hard to clean up their ministry. You have to leave room for people to repent and for the Lord to work and bring correction in their lives. It would be much more impactful to bring attention to churches that are worshiping, sharing the true Christmas message, and don't look like they're actually worshiping Baal. This video is s waste of time for anyone to watch, is not at all edifying, and it appears Kozar just wanted to beef up his viewership. I highly doubt Jesus would waste His time watching this garbage or encourage anyone else to watch this crap. As usual, Kozar absolutely MUST pick on Hillsong and a couple of other churches. Hillsong is recovering, and I have no doubt they have changed their tune a LOT. If they haven't, God will deal with them. Why continually, CONTINUALLY bring up PAST SINS of people and churches? Are YOU without sin ?????
@Baba_Wawa Жыл бұрын
@@518hs absolutely I am not without sin, but as commanded by the one who saved me from said sin I test all spirits, compare all claims to the word, & daily learn to judge righteously as to have no part in behavior that would bring reproach upon my Lord. Secondly as someone who was seriously harmed by that movement I’m beyond grateful to the Kozar’s & others like them who boldly proclaim the truth. I once used to feel the same way & I thank God that He delivered me & for equipping people like the Kozar’s who are deceived by false doctrines. I hope one day you will come to see it is a labor of true love that moves them to this labor. Peace be with you.

GOD SAID TEACH THE PEOPLE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOLY AND UNHOLY, MOST CHURCHES DONT WANT HOLINESS, THEY WANT THE WORLD
@518hs Жыл бұрын
@@Baba_Wawa The charismatic church is not a "movement". It is Christ followers who believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit ARE for today. I've been in a full Gospel church of some sort since the early 1970s, and it has NEVER had anything to do with NAR, or any other label someone may slap on it. Were there occasionally some things I didn't agree with? Yes! But God always corrected whatever was out of line. God ALWAYS protected me from groups or teachings that were not of Him, but those things were not usually an actual church body, but something outside of the church - like a group called "the Way" and one or two others. There were a few times I didn't like the direction a church was going, so I left for awhile. But not because they had strayed way off base, but because I needed something different in my life at the time. Churches go through seasons. Some are difficult, and some are exciting. I learned a long time ago to test the spirits - all the time. And that is easiest when you're staying in fellowship with the Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth. Of course we are to keep our hearts and ears tuned to the Holy Spirit. And I've not gone without experiencing some personal hurt from churches. NO ONE has gone without being hurt by a church or fellow Christians at some point. It's what you do with that hurt that helps you get through it. Even though I may have been hurt by a church body, I didn't condemn them and say they were false teachers or false prophets. If I left for awhile because I was uncomfortable with something that was going on, I didn't condemn or accuse them of being heretics! I prayed for them and just waited for God to bring correction if it was needed or waited until God did something in my own heart. I was never in a church where a pastor was caught up in sin, but if a pastor IS caught up in sin, you don't throw out the entire church body! You sideline the pastor and ask God to provide a pastor who has a humble and teachable and pure heart before God. And you pray for the pastor who fell into sin, and help him get back on track and do what you can to help him to repent. Kozar leaves no room for repentance. NONE! He condemns so many pastors and leaders, and he mocks them, makes fun of them, twists their words, twists the meaning of what they're saying, calls them false teachers and false prophets, accuses them of having motives that I'm like 99.9999% sure they don't have because I know of their ministry and know people who KNOW THEM personally, and I trust these people's judgement. Kozar is WAY out of line. I'm not saying he's 100% incorrect on everything, because I'm not familiar with everyone he criticizes or condemns. But I know this for a fact: the gifts of the Holy Spirit ARE for today - ALL OF THEM! The vast majority of so-called charismatic churches are NOT teaching false doctrine, they are NOT given over to just emotional experiences, they do NOT use music to lull people into a frenzy or an emotional la la land of supernatural falsehoods, they DO teach the Word of God in depth, they DO pray and intercede often, and they ARE teaching under the anointing and unction of the Holy Spirit. Kozar is wrong, VERY WRONG in condemning and accusing people. I don't care if they spent twenty years in a charismatic church or if they spoke in tongues in the past and now think it's of the devil. They have COMPLETELY written off ALL charismatic and full Gospel churches, they accuse people of being false teachers, and they assume people's motives are one thing, when they couldn't possibly know those motives. Yes, there are some pastors, churches, and leaders who are out in left field - but it helps NO ONE to go on youtube and accuse them. Nor is it SCRIPTURAL to do so.
@518hs Жыл бұрын
@@hestersue5563 How do you know this? I don't believe that. Are you God, that you can see into the hearts of God's people? You are condemning so many believers. They're ignorant and need teaching and admonishing and correction, but they don't need to be written off or condemned. And as you watch this video, bear in mind that much of what is in this video isn't current. Some may be, but not all. The clips from Hillsong are about 6-8 years old! Kozar can't stand Hillsong Church. So instead of praying for the church, he just condemns them. He leaves no room for repentance or for the Lord to bring correction and change. He would rather continue bashing them over a crappy production from eight years ago. Maybe we should dig into Kozar's past and find some juicy sin in his life from years past and keep showing it over and over and over again! The truth of the matter is that Kozar can't stand charismatic churches. And they say they left the charismatic church - they were rescued from it. Well, maybe the church was rescued from them.

That’s where I saw women seated, weeping for Tammuz. 15 Then he asked me, “Do you see this, Son of Man? You’re about to see even more detestable practices than these.”16 Then he brought me to the inner court of the Lord’s Temple. I'm appalled but just finished watching Pastor Brandon Holthaus from Rock Harbor Church exposing these Laodecian churches and I stumbled upon your channel with more in-depth videos and can't wrap my brain around the churches in this clown world! We are definitely in the very last of the last days maybe even in the last hour! It's amazing these churches can afford to spend a lot of money just in the production! My family & I were just discussing this topic as we had a local church do a huge production full of dazzling singers ( dresses sparkled, men in bow ties) dancers....we watched it on line. Those white things wafting around and hanging from the ceiling (angels?), complete with creepy music, are the stuff of nightmares! Who was the guy with the dinosaur jumper and who also played a Roman soldier? Oh, my goodness! (face palm emoji) It was kind of you to acknowledge that a lot of volunteer work goes into these spectacles, Steve, because I do believe that many of the people involved truly think they are spreading the Gospel. For others, though, I think it is more of a case of wannabe rock star, dancer, singer, etc., and this is their chance to be on stage.

God bless you Steve, because there is no way I’d be able to sit through the compilation of this video and retain my sanity. It grieves me to see this - there are several churches where I live that are falling into this trap of “bigger” every year, thinking that’s what matters. Most of these churches are heavily influenced by Armenian thinking- “we MUST be awesome, because how ELSE will someone come to Christ!? We can’t just preach the same old boring message of repentance and salvation!!” Sad, sad. We should pray their eyes and ears are opened. I have no doubt there are some who do this thinking they’re serving God with their talents, but this type of service obfuscates the gospel until it’s unrecognizable.

Are you serious? Think of the time and money put into this. All those people had a great cast party afterwards. Sort of like a big family...
@Marlaina Жыл бұрын
Does it take someone with a vision to know that God is displeased though? Though some shown were worse than others, they all had an overt message of “look at me as I point you to myself and how amazing I am”. Christians are to be humble servants who uplift the Savior. It’s hard to do that when you’re parading on stage in a disco ball outfit belting out a cabaret style Christmas song to the amazement of the crowd.
@thereseservais924 Жыл бұрын
@@Marlaina you're right and I'm not God to speek for Him. I just found outrageous how much money, time and energy can be spent without seing in it how it could help God's kingdom to go ahead. I also couldn't see how those shows could bring glory to God. Entertainment (in the church) is not always bad but wich value does it have when the content is so worldly ? Shouldn't we use our talents to glorify God and reach people in need of salvation ? The words of this "vision" poped up then. But maybe not necessary hier. Blessed Christmas to you !

@@scented-leafpelargonium3366 the commercial trappings don't change the spiritual significance of the day for those (like me)who celebrate it. And the gathering with family or those important, for those who do it, or have others in their lives who care for them. Christmas like any other celebrated holidays can be very difficult, I understand. I don't like the progressively earlier commercial buildup of the season every year; I tend to ignore and refuse to indulge in most of it. I'll focus on preparing differently for Christmas Day itself, including consideration of those for whom this day is not important, or even forgettable.(I work on retail; it's not a good season for these workers necessarily either.) Watching this makes me truly appreciate the Christmas Eve services of my youth and when my girls were young (they are 22 and 20 now). Older children reading Scripture word for word from the Bible, younger children dressing up and doing the parts and songss of praise, worship and thanksgiving periodically being sung by the entire church as a group. Children learn by imitation and the Christmas Eve services where they participate are so heartwarming because they really are having a relationship and understanding of Our Savior cemented into their lives. What do you say about the churches who think the nonsense in this video is acceptable and worthy of Our Lord? My word- praying for them all. God Bless 🥰

For 40 years, my church has never met from just before Christmas until just after the new year. Every age group is my church Married, single, divorced widowed. We meet twice a week all through the year and that one week is devoted to families who may only see extended family for Christmas or travel away. We can fellowship if we want to in our homes and often people have. Also, some of us do not have believing spouses or families and it's important to be there for them.

The expense, irreverence, wordliness, and filth makes we weep. A particular thing I find irksome is when CHRISTIANS sing secular "Christmas" songs, and why we sing carols ONLY around this season. When the church looks like the world, it's not the church spoken of in Scripture. 1 John 2:15-16 Do not love the world nor the things of the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.
