Christmas stump cake with sweet pinecones a very beautiful and delicious cake that is made with very standard ingredients but looks as magical as Christmas ⛄️

❗️Please follow the steps if you want to get the same result.
❗️Please attention that the dark cream is more to get a beautiful pattern, if you like more syrupy cakes, you can make a sugar and water syrup ( light) and syrup the crusts lightly beforehand. We don't think it's necessary because the cake is soaked enough the next day, but still.
❗️ The amount of pine cone is more than you need for decoration, but that in itself is a separate dessert so decide for yourself whether to reduce the dose or have small desserts as well.
❗️Like any cake and this one is good to refrigerate for 24 hours
Ingredients :
🎄For the cake pan :
2 eggs
160 g of sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
190 g all-purpose flour
10 g baking powder
90 ml. water
Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes
🎄For the dark cream:
90 ml. cooking cream 15%
20 g sugar
10 g unsweetened cocoa powder ( 2 full tablespoons)
30 g butter
For the light cream:
300-350 g cream cheese
200 g butter at room temperature
250 g caramelised condensed milk
Of this cream use 3/4 of the quantity
🎄For frosting :
1/4 of the light cream
1 tsp with unsweetened cocoa powder
🎄For the pine cone :
200 g plain biscuits
100 g coarsely ground walnuts
120 g butter
150 g condensed caramelised milk
40 ml. rum with Christmas flavours
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp Choco Flakes in the form shown in the video
🎄 For decoration :
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 Christmas tree branches
