To be fair, there is a good reason as to why most artists won't tattoo the penis. Because the organ is basically blood vessels wrapped around cartilage, with skin on top, it means that there's a much bigger chance of hitting something like an artery. Also, afterwards there's a much greater chance that bacteria on the skin will get in and infect the organ, which could make it gangrenous.
