Depends on the temperature . Inside they will last 3-4 weeks

Are the Chrome valloons safe to use on a pre lit tree as well?

Yes they sure are. The lights don't effect the balloons as they are led

Balloons can last up to three months depending on your environment and the type of balloons you use. These are chrome pink by Sempertex.

No the xmas tree lights dont generate heat so they dont effect the balloons

they can be up to couple of weeks, if double stuff them, they can last whole winter

Yes you could use them on a real tree, you just wont be able to bend the branches for a perfect path like you can on an artificial tree.
