It's obviously a combination of both. If you were smart, you would do some research on the disease Lynn was born with and see that it causes little to no hair growth. And it decreases with age 😂. Soooo obviously, what hair he did have got pulled out and was never able to grow in the same. Duhh 😂 plz don't act slow.
