Landmark in Onitsha will really be a great idea, but I will prefer a virgin location, rather than the BIAFRA MARKET location. Moreover, that Biafran Market is an eyesore. I have seen it on one of the Fegge renovation videos. I grew up in Fegge in the 60's and after the war, in the early 70's too, around Zik's Avenue and Niger Street. I left Nigeria since 1981 and whenever I see Onitsha, especially Fegge on videos, I always feel disappointed on how the city has been badly maintained. Markets, dirty shacks everywhere, I'm like, what's all this rubbish? Though Soludo is doing a good job, but he needs to do more. Thanks Kodilinye for your contribution to the betterment of Anambra State. Big Up, brother 💪💪

Yes in Onitsha. Is there anything wrong with Onitsha? Onitsha will pay him more than Lagos or anywhere else in Nigeria. Onitsha has the needed willing eager money laden vibrant population who will massively patronize him.
