This is beautiful to watch. All forms of art have always held my attention. Especially understanding the thought process of the artist

I have one set of the topographical maps for the Umbrella Project (California) that I want to sell immediately. I was involved in the project a little and here we are 33 years later. I believe there were 6 or 7 sets of these blue prints made. Don’t know if any other sets survive or not. There are about 8 pages (just guessing on that right now) about the size of a movie poster maybe. They have been rolled up and in a tube for over 3 decades now and it is time for them to see the light of day again. I used them at a small conference to help describe what the project was going to be and where. Today is December 11, 2024.

I remember in art school seeing for the first time Christo's amazing "Running Fence". It was stunning. Followed by the long list of other projects. He's not been given the lasting attention that he deserves. I guess that's part of Art As An Experience, in contrast to art as a product to hang on walls.
