I have seen comparisons between the 5600G & 5600GT where the GT got slightly worse performance than the standard G. Especially when OC'ing the CPU of the GT.

Upgrading to RX 6000 series is good idea for more good quality graphics and fps. After you bought new video card upgrade and cpu too without igpu version.

So I was trying to update the amd adrenaline 24.9.1 software by uninstalling it and downloading the newer version 24.12.1. I couldn’t upgrade it because I am using an apu but then I reinstalled the amd adrenaline addition 24.9.1. After reinstalling i tried to play some games and it crashed a bunch of times, what do I do? Also before that I swapped the ram sticks so I don’t know what is going on. The ram I had was 16 gb 3200mt and I switched it for 32gb 3600mt

No. It's slightly upgraded. But the difference between 5600g, 5600gt and 5500gt is almost negligible so if buying just get whichever one is the cheapest available.
