I use to always say you must have children for your legacy, to look after you and to have person in your image. As a parent, i see thats it take alot to raise a human being, not just financially but emotionallly, mentally and spiritually. The world a horrible place and unfortunately you cant protect your child from others. In some people cases, the world cant even protect a child from thier own parents. It not by force to have children.

Kids are expensive (nursery fees can be more expensive than peoples mortgages) and people (both men and women) have kids to fill a void in their lives instead of truly wanting them. Respect to Chris for having his own opinion whether you agree with it or not.

I hear what cream is saying, but there is no guarantee that your kids will look after you in later life. That was the old days, we live in a very selfish world now. You think all the old people in care homes haven't got kids......
