Always nice to get a review after the honeymoon is over. I think CW have knocked it out of the park with this one. I bought a Sealander (before the updates), but still love it. Reason why I’m waiting a while to see if their might be other colours etc. as Mike France said this would evolve into a 12 family. 👌

Of course it's possible to do micro adjustment on that bracelet. Watches like the royal oak have it as well as plenty of others

Nice to hear that you are pleased with it Geoff. That Nordic Blue is slowly but surely pushing the white dial I fancied off the top step !. I'm still going to hang on a bit to see if a 36/37mm will become a reality though. Cheers.

I emailed CW regarding how the Twelve wears on the wrist as mine are 6.5" . I was scared it would wear too big due to the lug design i.e. Tissot PRX similarities? That's when CW replied back to me regarding the 36mm version due to be released this September.

I have an ice blue PRX on order today (finally in stock) and the similar color Chris Ward on pre-order (end of June…..ugh). I’ll make the comparison then and give the PRX away as a gift if I stick with The Twelve. My sister just graduated with her medical degree so I probably already have my answer lol

Just received mine in the Frost Blue and this is worth every Penny. Did you adjust the bracelet yourself? I forgot to have mine sized so I’m curious if you did what your wrist size is and how many links you took out. Good review.

Thanks. Yeah sized it myself, 7.5 inch wrist or so, took out 5 links. Best screw bars I've ever used though-dead easy. Go for it.

Argh I have a 36mm Nomos club campus on order as my first big boy watch for my first proper job but now I’m having second thoughts because of this blue CW. Nomos has a cool history and design with in house movement but I’ve always wanted an integrated sports “beater” but feel like CW doesn’t yet have the gravitas

That's a hard call. I had a nomos orion date, great watches. Ultimately very different though-the nomos is way dressier. Get both.

Hi is the butterfly clasp comfortable against the wrist or does it rub and feel uncomfortable , I’ve a Longines Spirit with a butterfly clasp which is fine but the twelves seems more curved .

The entire homage concept is ridiculous. If we watch enthusiasts only purchased the original design by the original brand that created said design, we'd have a total of like 10 watches to choose from. When it comes to watches there is a finite amount of creativity and only so many iconic designs that can be created before another puts their own twist, or throws their own interpretation into the ring. We have to be glad for the Tissot PRX, CW The Twelve, Maurice Lacroix Aikon, Tudor Royal, Frederique Constant Highlife, Baume & Mercier Riviera etc... Otherwise we'd never get to experience a watch of this design without having to spend north of $10k on a single watch...Zenith Defy $9k, IWC Ingenieur $12k, GP Laureato $14k, Czapek Antartique $25k, Vacheron Constantin Overseas $25k and the kind daddy of them all, the AP Royal Oak @ $28k.

I tried the PRX 35 vs 40. I prefer the 35. But I know the lug to lug is different from watch to watch. But yeah, good to know your wrist size. I think I should go for the 36, even though Im not getting the date window 🫠Thanks!

I think CW should have won the watch of the Year with the Bel Canto in 2022. However these Twelve's are not my cup of tea. The PRX 's of Tissot out do them at half the price.

Nice watch…. But customer service is subpar and the company is not prepared for the demand. I ordered the day of release on the first hour the blue titanium, wrote in the same hour to see if I could change for purple, never got an answer. After the supposed delivery date I tried to search with my order and zip code and the order never appears. Tried to contact them 3 times, never had an answer. The I asked to cancel and instead of trying to contact me and make things right they cancelled the ordered without even responding my e-mail Very sub par company service. A real pity.

No, total was +10 seconds over that time period all in all. That's in various positions though - usually they're + dial up, and - dial down so I figure they cancel eachother out.
