I have this album, but I never saw the special, the pantomime and the facial expressions make this so much better!!

His TV series Titus was heavily based off of this comedy album as well. This one is iconic.

In 2012 I was going through some shit, and things were really bad, to the point that I was thinking about hurting myself. I found a copy of this show when this was all happening. I laughed so hard, and at times cried, but it struck a nerve with me. So much so, that I went to a mental health care facility. I got the help I needed. Found out I had some issues that needed to be taken care of, with both medication and counseling. I watched the show so many times during that period, I'm shocked I didn't wear the DVD out. So, let me just say, you helped me when I needed it most. 10 years later and I'm doing much better, I still take my meds, and I have no urges to hurt myself.

I think what really hit me with this bit is how he instantly, convincingly morphs into his teenage self and that of his friends. It's damn near eerie how he can flip that switch.

As someone who has tripped and fallen into a fire, I can totally relate. They gave me a shot of fentanyl in my stomach and it didn't make a difference. Burn pain is on a whole nutha' level.

Mach 1 mustang with 429 Cobra Jet and high AF, sounds like standard Gen X fun to me, my mustang had a Boss 302, Holley 650 dbl pump, Crane high lift cam and roller rockers and Edlebrock high performance intake manifold. Why? Because that was our social media network. When Bruce Springsteen sang about "sprung from cages on highway 9 and suicide machines" in Born to Run he was talking about us. Imagine that your 16 years old, you and friends are out late racing and somebody brought a canary yellow 1971 Vega with chevy 454 stuffed under the hood, doing wheelstands off the starting line, now we're talking fun.

Mine was when my favorite aunt was visiting, and I was stuck in the basement doing homework. Knew she would leave before it was done and hadn't seen her in a year. My dad stood in the way at the bottom of the stairs and refused to let me go up, but I had done 2 years of wrestling at school, and fire-man carried him to the bottom step, set him down like a baby and told him calmly I would be right back. I never got the thin belt on the bare ass after that, only grounded and had computer time taken away.

Before this past week there were only a few specials clips available, for people who can't or don't have time to watch the entire specials. We're fixing that now. Expect clips from ALL 9 specials to show up. Cool? Cool.
