Can we just talk about how this song reflects their relationship with each other? Not romantically of course, but they have known each other and worked together for so many years. The line "I swear that i still get lost in the light" symbolized that how after so long they still fit together like yin and yang. "No photograph could possibly show the you I know". You see a whole different side to someone when they perform. These two have performed together for so long that they know a version of the other that few people see. And just in all " You shine." They have watched each other perform, and grow so much and have been a witness to how the other shines. And its beautiful.

I was a part of the Mexican production of Carrie, the musical. And Derek used to like our posts and Christy gave us pointers and even told us what she liked from our show several times. So this is a treasure even bigger and brighter every time. Seeing them perform or mention Carrie brings a smile to my face always. They both are so down to earth and amazing and talented... I love them. And the chemistry together is always awesome.

Just went to Under 54, it was an amazing experience and the food was so good too. Also saw Derek Klena in Moulon Rouge, he was fantastic! His voice is so crisp and on tone. His acting is really expressive. The musical was so good.
