i would say the greatest TNA wrestler to never hold the world title Christopher Daniels is so damn talented. his and AJ Styles feud comes off so much like the RVD Jerry Lynn feud two very talented guys but one guy wins more often than not in their matches while the other wrestler is just as talented really should've been a more even feud in terms of wins and loses.

true professional, clean, smooth & entertaining. i remember reading pwi back in day & hearing about guys like daniels, styles, lowki & sharkboy, the super eight tournament. reading about a smaller cena & orton and these 2 monsters called batista & lesnar down in ovw, those were the days for me!

I agree with a lot of this interview, but man will people stop saying AJ Styles hasn't been pushed. Most fans also complain that TNA has failed to create new stars. Reminds me of a certain company called WCW.. cept they made Sting, Goldberg and DDP. Not much but it's more than 1 guy. And they had even more "old guys" in that company than TNA ever has. Fans are just delusional. They complain about "old guys" when AJ Styles is 37 and Daniels is 44. I'm not saying that these guys aren't talented, I love Daniels. I'm just saying when Team 3D came to TNA they were 34 and were called "Old guys" by everyone. The same people that complain about WWE rejects also want former TNA wrestlers to get signed by WWE when they go under.

Well TNA has dropped the ball on some guys that could've been stars for them, and I think Daniels was one of them. They didn't get behind him nearly as much as they did AJ. Overall I think fans just wanted TNA to focus on their own talent instead of their obsession with signing any and every former WWE wrestler they can find, and giving them pushes when they arrive.

TNA not renewing Christopher Daniels is one of the many many many reasons as to why I think they can't see clearly what's good and what's not. And it's funny, because there was a time when TNA would replace the home grown stars with big WWE names (Jeff Hardy, Dudleyz, RVD, Booker T, etc), and now they are replacing the home grown stars with guys who were never big in the WWE to begin (McIntyre, Lashley, EC3, etc..).

OMG Daniels is too damn good. That whole Lucy stuff at the end with his comic book was masterclass in how good he is humor wise as a wrestler and personality. Hope and pray he becomes a world champion in ROH or in NJPW before his career done. I always said it was a crying shame he wasn't made a TNA champion. And i hope he's got another; "Curry Man" run in him if he goes to Japan once again.

Bad Influence should have never been let go, especially now since they really have no tag division other than the Wolves an Bromans. Though I do disagree about AJ. He had already won the Heavyweight title numerous times, and a couple other titles (X div, tag) multiple times, so there really was nowhere left to go with his character. As for Joe...he is horribly out of shape, gases out in about 2 minutes, and is not as exciting to watch as he was in 2006. Otherwise, he makes some great points in this interview.
