(Enable closed captions) Howdy folks! Yes, I finally got round to visiting CarZone Interior in Cheras! I know I've been talking about it in the last few "tuten" videos, so yeah, I finally got to meet my old buddy Kelvin again. He and I go back a long ways, many years in fact, cos it was he who restored the interior of one of my early W126 S-Classes. Back then I wasn't even making videos yet, and it was for a website that I was heading.
Fast-forward till today and I'm happy to see that not only has he moved his operations to better and more upmarket premises, he's gone next-level insofar as restorations and restomods are concerned. From mid-range to high-end cars and supercars, as well as classics and old-skool cars, by his own admission, he only doesn't do "engine and gearbox, everything else can!" quote unquote.
He's undertaking massive jobs these days, from rebuilds, to restorations and restomods, bodykits, paint, seats, carpets, starlight roof-liners, etc. etc. the list is too long, but you can see one of his projects on a Toyota Celica here: • OLD Celica TA22 to FUT...
