You can raise the ring to tension the sitting hammock. But better release it before folding. Another option is to use the hammock as a shoulder strap for carrying. Other way of carrying would be using a bottle holder bag or pocket. I want one!

I was told last August 13th (2020) that the replacement rubber foot for my Sitpack Zen was ordered for me. After almost a year and many emails, I still don't have it. Not feeling very optimistic about the chairs I had ordered.

Don't hold your breath. Mine was nearly 2 years late, arrived broken, and has yet to be replaced 5 months later. SHITpack's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, anywhere. All they can do is make feeble excuses, and they only ever contact me when I contact them. They are useless.

If you require it shorter then telescope in the thinnest section! i.e. from the ground up not from the seating sling down.
