You helped me actually be able to play Cliffs of Dover. Which i used to only dream of. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The way you explained actually how to feel it. And to really feel the notes. And you showed very easily how to bend the notes and where to put your fingers and all that good stuff. Instead of oh learn music theory play scales and be a robot. You actually made me feel more free and able to give it everything i had. Plus i love you more than guitar teachers because they cost money when i learned from you for free. The only thing it cost me was time and hundreds of hours of hard work. No exaggeration on the hours of playing either. Eventually found my own tone for that one song that sounded super good. The key to my tone was using "Flanger" is how i got as close as possible to eric johnson. Also used garage fuzz which sounds pretty sick, now i have a video of my own cover of his cliffs of dover posted on my channel. Thanks man. You really do rock 👍🤙💪😎

Hey man love your lessons. I will appreciate it A LOT if you answer this. i noticed that you were using your middle finger nail as a guitar pick for soloing back in the day and now you switched to normal picks. May i ask you why? And also is it hard to switch,i mean how much time does it take to get used to picks? I myself have been using my index finger nail as a guitar pick for quite a long time and wonder whether it could hinder my progress in the long run so i really need an answer.

After I had a kid and I was changing diapers my nails would break and get literally baby shit under them. It got to a point where I had to break a habit I'd been doing my whole life... looking back finger nail tone is garbage anyway. I much prefer pick tone
