I use to cringe thinking Wet sanding was going to thrash paint that needs revitalization but your videos provides confidence with that. Great job, a dream come true for me. I know it's tiny detail, but that's what detailing boils down to. You should remove the 530 badge in the back and polish the paint underneath. In one take it's soooo visible that paint inside the 0 is not refined. Small stuff but still super important :)

Great job! The original owner of my E92 in BSM did not take care of the paint and I'm just starting to get into detailing it. I've used compound on the hood and roof but cannot get the swirls out, so it's time to wet sand, compound and polish. Your video is helpful and I'll have to get it looking better.

I do do that but this car is getting a more permanent solution to that. I would do it before sanding, that way when you do sand it helps blend. It’s actually a really fun process

Thank you bro! Most of the car was just 3k in a soft block RID stick. The repainted panels were done in 2k hard block followed by 3k soft
