Can I install it on my Chromebook? I have a Dell Chromebook 11 3180 from a reseller. He did mention about having no audio since it running Chrome Flex. I was wondering if there some issues should I try to install it. What about drivers? Considering my Chromebook have no sounds (had to rely on USB speakers for audio) I have doubts to try installing it.

I have completed all the steps, after reboot the harddrive was not detecting automatically. Showing to bootable device. Every time i have to go F12 and select harddrive and it's setup like new device and i setup Google account. After that it was working fine. It's to hard every restart like new setup Can you help me on this?

Hi, Brunch contributor here. Just wanted to point out that a ton of hardware that is supported in Flex doesn’t have support in real ChromeOS (and, by extension, Brunch).

FYI: I have an iMac Intel 8th generation where I installed a time ago ChromeOS Flex, which works fine with some small issues. I thought it is time to upgrade to ChromeOS. So I downloaded the Intel 6-9 version. Everything works fine, the installed USB stick starts up until the ChromeOS logo comes up, stays there and from a clear logo it changes to a faint logo and it hangs there. It doesn't go any further. So I think this solution is not suitable for Apple iMac. Still, thank you and congratulations for the clear and concise explanation

the video tutorial is great and i appreciate the work given to people who can benefit from it , however the video for other savvy people is misleading as there is no information about where the roms come from ( what chrome os boards ) To answer your questions yes you can try any of the given 3 roms in the links and test them , i myself tested few roms from the official google roms that were destined for 6th all the way to 11th gen CPU and few of them worked flawless on 3rd gen CPU if you want more accurate information i suggest you go to official Brunch website , instead of having it from guys making youtube videos naming few roms to their liking and calling it " help " however good their intention is .
