@Tamunoemi Braide The video uses HyperSep C18 cartridges, but glyphosate is very polar and will not retain well on C18. We have a method for glyphosate in water using Verify-AX cartridges on page 47 of the HyperSep application notebook (assets.thermofisher.com/TFS-Assets/CMD/Application-Notes/ai-brccsspeapbook-hypersep-columns-aibrccsspeapbook-en.pdf). Solvent wash to remove interferences - Purpose: To wash the stationary phase using an intermediary solvent to remove impurities bound less strongly to the sorbent than the compounds of interest.
