I'm happy and glad to see that medical science is taking CFS seriously not just simply "lazy" nowadays. And it requires major researches so that proper diagnosis & treatment could be available. I'm a suspect for ME/ CFS .. but I think Himalaya's Ashvagandha tablets may provide some sort of wellness and relief from unexplained fatigue.
