Dilated Ascending Aorta 6.4 cm
29 mm Tear in Ascending Aorta
Flap in Ascending Aorta began 14 mm above Aortic Valve extended to Aortic Arch, Thoracic Descending Aorta and Abdominal Aorta with True and False Lumen separated by Intimal Flap
