Great review and a great piece. I've ordered one of these and should be receiving it in November. I have to say though, I'm disappointed there's no articulation, especially given the price and the fact it's an exact reproduction of the stop motion puppet. Kind of ironic. I assumed it would be, but I guess having it fully articulated like the original would have cranked the price up to an insane level.

Its such a shame that its parts cant move even just some important parts….for a special and expensive figure .

Awesome vid and review! So pro with the editing, and quality. I am impressed with your work as a reviewer fellow collector. I own the HT version, and wish I could justify buying this piece, but having 2 ED209s would be to much for my wife to handle in my display. Also it is pricey. Are u buy chance purchasing the robocop 2 Cane statue as well? Would really like to see your review on it if so. Congrats on having an amazing piece with Tippett's signature! Very jealous. Take care

Austin Lemaster Hey Austin - I have all 3 - Original HT's, Re-Release and now Chronicles. Chronicles hands down beats the HT version/s. But, yes, you are paying for a screen accurate licensed piece thus the price. HT's is still impressive - if you don't suffer the dreaded dome rot!! Cheers.

I really love this review. Nice shots. There are deviations between the showed model and the screenused one. Look at 6:58. For example: on the right side of the head there are four bolts. The top one is golden. Then below there is a silver one. This one is plain in the model. But on screen it has a hole. Just check the cardboard box standing shown behind the model in this video. There you can see the bolt with the hole. The third bolt is a silver circle on screen (with a horizontal gap in the center). The model has just a plain grey area. You find this grey area on screen only when the non-movable lifesize prop is showed. So what I see here is a model that is a mixture of the two different (and very different looking) model types (animation puppet and 1:1 prop) that they used to make the movie. In addition the two silver covers on the lower body look different to the screen: the screenused covers have a ring and a screw in the center. The models covers are just plain circles. Not bad, but not quite perfect.

Nice piece but it needed some articulation (if only just the head and gun arms) to really make it worth while for me.
