You know what would benefit your channel? Second parts. Like for this something about the twins now being your friend or for your more popular videos just add a second part. It's easier than coming up with new ideas and it's what the people (in this case me) want. A second part for your most popular video (the tingle immunity one) could be "second time coming to the mentioned sleep clinic for a follow-up" or something in those lines. Just so you can improve the quality of your videos, please do second parts.
