Chronixx talk a lot about frequencies...I remember him saying all his music is produced at a natural frequency (I am guessing 432hz) instead of the unnatural 440hz that most popular music on radio is produced at today. Even Motown recorded music at a more natural frequency and is why they were as successful. You're body can FEEL and knows why you love this so much, its in sync with your natural body frequency and rhythm. There's layers to this thing. Start by creating a playlist with only songs with a natural frequency and you're whole mood and body will start to change for the better everyday. The Rasta knows this that's why good reggae music like Bob Marley and Chronixx are so irresistible and give positive vibrations aka frequencies. Combined with spirituality, natural living, natural food and nutrition (is why the Doctor in this video is cooking natural food) and prayer and meditation, its unstoppable.
