And so to no one's surprise, the final boss was that one dink that trolled us near the start of the game. Amazing.

I solo'd his third phase with just Charon. Because. ... First turn I lost my healer due to bad vitality potion. (It used Dark Barrier on Pressel, then it used Shield Bash making her shield go away, got one clapped.)

How to win on expert?

I think it's key to have at least decent healing for 2nd phase, esp. since he doesnt inflict heal down debuff as frequently as FK does. Most of the illusion swords you plan not to immediately destroy should br directed towards the tank, but DON'T let him Ascending Slice him as well, since that doubles IS damage. When he's using Fantasy, you should use the skills affected with IS spawn debuff since he'll trigger them anyway. Save Lucy's Anti IS skill for when there's 3+ IS on the field (after Fantasy), or for an emergency. And ofc in phase 2 make absolutely sure you block as much as possible with Deflect. Be mindful that it can move back down again too. Gl!

Be mindful of what buffs you choose for the Illusion Swords. For example, Cannot Use Lucy Skills affects the Anti IS skill too, so only pick that if you don't need it, etcetera. Especially important for Phase 3 that you choose buffs that you can handle, as picking the wrong ones can absolutely ruin your attempt. I'd suggest picking the ones that cause an effect when you destroy them, since that doesn't directly affect their survivability, but only if you think you can take those effects, the stun one can be nasty. Try not to pick the one that gives them a one-attack guard every turn, since that can make destroying them incredibly difficult, and he'll still be summoning IS so you're on a soft time limit. Try to take them both down around the same time, since they can regenerate as you play things. Keep in mind that despite the regeneration saying it progresses from skills played from hand, that's actually wrong. It progresses from skills played, including fixed skills. I know, a year late, I just wanted to add to this for myself.
