Aw, that was so sad when C's face fell. He was wrong, but it was still sad. I hope S talks about what's wrong. I don't think it's just about his family. I think they will work out their problems.

I do think that C needs to chill out a little, but at the same time, I hope S is thinking about why C is so insecure in the first place. He put C through a lot in the beginning and he was able to because C is sooo in love with him. He is C's first real love, the ONLY one that could ever get C to settle down or give him reason to want to (remember the other guy who tried). If he has to reassure C everyday till he feels secure, then he should do it!

@LightLoo0789 i think C is just caught up in the excitement about finally having a proper family that he just keeps letting his mouth run away with him. yeah it does seem like everyone is against S but i think he just wants to make sure everything is sorted so nothing ends up going wrong. he obv loves C and wants it to work. we all saw what happened with the adoption service. think S is just worried and nervous. but i love them both :)

I love how heterosexuals love to tell the gays how to handle the relationships when they have no clue on what they are up against, especially when you add cultural differences. And I don't get how naive C is by telling R. He knew how S was going to react. Unconditional love is putting your lover/partner feelings before your own....

@babybelle32a That's true, but after all he went through with S, I can't say I blame C for being insecure. S has been yes & no, hot & cold etc all through their relationship and it's always C who's got to push, got to make the moves, got to get things going. I believe that S does love C, but it's like he's not all there sometimes...like he's only half-committed to the relationship. That would make anyone insecure.

@Aorithikko But the thing is C agreed not to say anything about the engagement and then he goes and tell's R about it? Like wtf? Then on top of that C also agreed not to tell M about plans for a family and he completely fucked that up. It's almost like he's doing it intentionally. And he doesn't understand S is still trying to mend things with his family. C doesn't get that because he's never really understood the concept of family. You're right a relationship does need to ways.

@AllTimeJedLife C isn't a joy to have around either, when he starts acting insecure. The main reason why he wants to get married and have a kid is because he's afraid of losing S.

@sweetnlovin I don't think he is, he just didn't want to discuss his private life with R. He has a lot going on in his head regarding his family and I guess he's not very good at putting his feelings into words. He really wants his family to be a part of his life and if they find out about the engagement, that could be the end of his reconciliation with them. He's also probably still a bit annoyed with C. Pause at 0:02, look at S's face when he sees C - that's a sign of a man in love! :)

C tells S's father that they want to start a family and now this. C is just so happy and proud that he wants everyone to know. He's like a giddy teenager; it's amusing to me, but frustrating to S. . Many (most?) relationships have a mother and a father, regardless of sex, orientation or position in bed. I'm beginning to recognize who's who in this one.

I don't think Christian should have to wait until Syed has his parents acceptance; that is a long way off. However, I do think it would be a good idea to keep your engagement to your future spouse quiet until you're divorced from the first one.

Well I checked them out on wiki and it says C was born in 1972, and S was born in 1984. So I would say about 12 years apart.

Ummm..... NO!!!....... C is doing what he wants to do and I totally agree with him. I mean, I'm all for keeping things private, but when it comes to a freaking engagement..... It's sort of one of those things where I would WANT to tell important people in my life. I'm sorry S's family doesn't really support him, but he really needs to grow the fuck up and get over himself. It's like.... A relationship is supposed to go BOTH ways NOT one way. And It's seeming like it's just going S's way.... UGH!

i know. i mean from ATWT's to DAYS, to verbontene liebe they are always breaking the couple up and either getting them back together and leaving them apart and i don't like that. the only show who did it right was OLTL. when that show was about to end that still had kyle and oliver together and they were raising baby sierra who's oliver's baby together. now why could the other shows do it like that?

that was how it was with luke and noah for a while. they only had pecks on the cheek or a short kiss here or there. i don't know if it's the writters or the viewers but thats just stupid. i don't see anything wrong with two men or two women kissing. i mean their human beings they have rights too.
