我只有只了解一点点,说的不对不要见怪,一,没有做到沉肩坠肘,手臂微弯,这样在技击中容易被擒拿。二,你立身完全没有正中,比如在搂膝拗布转手挥琵琶时,脚步甚至不稳,厥屁股是大忌(PS只看到手挥琵琶)。在做白鹤亮翅,没有做出靠的感觉,腰胯太死。。。你的搂膝拗步做的像指裆锤。。。太多太多,建议看一下付清泉早期的视频

Far from a correct Tai Chi Forms. Many basics are even not met.

Those are the standards you followed. You need to look into the underlying dynamics so to understand the so call basics.

@@Blackangelsean One of the basics of any school of Tai Chi is foot work. I can't see your foot work is properly done. Sorry for my harsh comment.

@ That is getting to the points. Most Taichi requires the foot works to be smooth and light, based on the principle of distinctions of weight. In my school, those are referred as Crane forms, which is the first stage. Then comes the Tiger forms, and finally the Dragon forms. In this instructive demo video, I tend to make the imbalance distinctive, which is a couching process. Once students can comprehend the underlying dynamics, they can move on to smooth the steps.

@ We might try something interesting. Trying to lift our knee by contracting our Dantien(lower abdomen), just a little bit, without shifting our weights. It is nearly impossible. Then we can shift a little bit so to lift our knees just one inch. We can discover and train the muscles/ lesions from our waist(lower spine) linked to our thighs.

恕我直言:你對太極拳虚實掌控不好,傳統楊,吳二家太極拳要求其中一條腿乘受身體八至九成重量,因為虚實做不好,在轉移中心導致身體起伏十分明顯。

其實這是刻意的練法,這需要再移動時,仍然保持襠的結構。做好優美的虛實分心,那是第一階段的「鶴型」,現在我在努力的是「虎型」,最後的「龍型」,我還沾不上邊。

@@waileungchu7327 要做好虛實分心,請以腳步,這是比較容易的,反倒時要在重心不徹底轉移時能夠移動上部,就要更吃功力了。我教學生時,都會分清兩種狀況,初學者,大家練好@鶴型」即可,進階的人我就希望能夠把襠的功力練出來,可以為虎型奠下基礎。

@@Blackangelsean 你l知道楊家太極拳在香港有幾個系列發展.、我認識已經有數位楊、吳家等傳人,他們處世l低調。 學拳已經多年, 可以說略知一二: 太極拳中太極圖有代表什麼意義,基本功,刀,劍, 槍,抖桿等涉獵。恕我直言今天的楊式太極拳是楊澄甫太極拳(大架), 那麼中架.,小架等等訓練方一請曾老師贈教

不好意思。我屁股比較翹,即使收好尾履,看起來也像翹屁股。其實我教學中的觀念,重點都是在於筋骨,而非皮肉。而收放尾履位置不同,不能僵硬從頭縮到尾。

@@home2630 最近正好在指正學生屁股太翹的問題,要說在蓄勁的時候吸丹提腰,屁股要收到看不見,反之,發勁的時候不用把須在丹田的力量,透過脊柱的延伸釋放出來。所以屁股的狀態,跟丹田的吞吐有關。這是許多的太極同好不太理解的地方。
