What the heck, they got 1 hour to prepare, in Chuang 2020, they only got 30 minutes. I cannot deny that Yean's high note belting is on top. So full, depth, note, good job yean, I love your voice.

ถ้าให้แรงค์เรื่องเทคนิคและความเนียบในการร้อง นี่ให้ 1.มัมซู 2.ยีน 3.คริสต้า แต่ถ้ามองในระยะยาวของการเป็นเกิลกรุ๊ป นี่ให้ยีนมาก่อนเลย เพราะเต้นดี ร้องดี รูปร่างหน้าตาไม่แย่ ตอนนี้ขาดแค่ประสบการณ์เฉยๆ ฝึกฝนไปเรื่อยๆเดี๋ยวก็ดีขึ้นเอง ส่วนอีก 2 คน คือเหมาะกับ solo artist มากกว่าอ่ะ โดยเฉพาะมัมซู ร้องดีมากก็จริง แต่ด้านอื่นๆยังไม่เห็นแวว ส่วนคริสต้า เป็นเกิลกรุ๊ปได้ แต่ต้องปรับสไตล์การร้องนิดนึง น้องติดการร้องแบบใช้เทคนิคที่ไม่จำเป็นเกินไป จนบางทีมันดูล้นๆ และยิ่งถ้าควบคุมไม่ดี มันจะเละ

大家演唱技巧都很牛，但是唯一想说的是Krista的演唱技巧比较不适合女团，她的转音很厉害，说实话我也做不到这样唱，但作为听众，听到转音太多就会觉得不太好听了，虽然这样说，但Krista的嗓音我很喜欢。

她转音太多唱golden hour就有点油腻，再一个她加的转音应该也是为了尽量掩盖自己高音气息和力量不够的问题，副歌高音部分（if无修音）她很明显嗓音穿透力差了不少

Three participants have good voices and perhaps the time was too short so their singing was not optimal. I know this is still a process, but this is a competition, there is no such thing as relaxing, and I just want to convey my opinion, to what extent the participants can convey messages through songs to the audience. Mamcu is quite experienced and innovative with good skills but needs concentration and consistency. Krista here is a little different from usual. Her inspiration is very good, but she does too much improvisation that she shouldn't, which disturbs the stability of her voice. Meanwhile, Yean showed his vocals well, his strong but soft vocals were not deafening when at high notes although he was not free from some errors. Yean could be a dark horse in this CAT. Come on, beautiful sisters, fight and be better, achieve your dreams. If not now when?

The Thai Mentor said Yean is the pride of Thailand so she will debut regardless of her atrocious singing. Yean can't rely on her high note all the time !!!

Great that YEAN has a big support from you, that's awesome. It's just that downgrading others is not necessary. She has for sure an amazing vocal power, I won't deny that but there is a lot of room for her to grow and to know when to keep it small. For now I disagree, as to me, being the best vocalist is not just showing your technical ability, but she has the potential to become a great vocalist.

To keep things fair: Why did YEAN skip the hardest part, which is the talk/sing part with the very tough rhythm to catch. KRISTA did start off with the beginning, so why didn't YEAN do it as well... was it cut out? YEAN relied too much on her vocal and technical ability but forgot to actually feel it? if that makes sense? She didn't convey the lyrics. Also her timing was off in the beginning up to halfway. Singing a song to me is telling a story, can you feel and convey the emotion of the song. It's not a vocal technical ability contest. KRISTA could have done way better, if she just didn't try too hard with all the ad-libs and runs that where out place/all over the place. Also the really high note (like MAMCU did in her version of Golden Hour) was risky and became unstable plus added again unnecessary runs. The result was messy and unpleasant, in my opinion. Not fact but just based on my personal ears. MAMCU, I guess she tried to enjoy the stage, tune into the right mood and emerge into what the song needed on top of her vocal ability, she did it playfully and that was what the audience perceived. Their peers voting for her speaks for itself why she won, I agree with them 💯

I think maybe you were expecting too much from a non-English speaker who had never heard of the song before and had only 1hr to prepare. Maybe that's why she skipped the sing/rap part at the beginning but she still had to keep up with the rhythm while doing her intro riffs which requires some skills. And to be fair Mamcu also relied on her ending high note for Something's got a hold on me but on Yean's version she did some dance and gestures and was more convincing so I guess it's a matter of time and practice. For Krista, she indeed butchered the chorus so I agree with you on that.

And it's not a story telling contest either, it's a girl group contest so they're definitely looking for someone who can dance and sing. Yean's vocal ability and technique paired with her dance and stage presence is good enough to land her in the top 9. Can Mamcu dance?

She apologized because she's humble enough to admit her mistakes. There was someone else who butchered the 'hour' and 'time' part in the chorus but I guess everyone on set felt pity for her so they didn't give her the mnet edit.

Yean contradicted herself. Yean said she was familiar with the song earlier but when she messed up she told the mentors she never heard the song before and she only had one hour to prepare. Well , MAMCU and Krista had the same restrictions placed on them. MAMCU was the only challenger who passed and went up to Top 9. No judgement but cold hard facts.😶‍🌫

Watch it again, and don't depend solely on wetv subs, ask for other translators if you're gonna spread false accusations. Yean DID say she didn't know the song before, only heard it from Mamcu and only Mamcu's song stuck to her from the different songs trainees performed that they, hence the word 'familiar' appeared in the subs

And it's hard to compare Yean Krista and Mamcu in this round because they're different songs with different difficulty. But personally i prefer Yean's version for 'Something's got a hold on me' because she added flair and performance to the song

Read the comments, everyone agreed Krista did the worst here, and its not about being Thai or not. The top 9 had only 3 Thai, 6 were other nationalities. Otherwise Coco, Emma and Mamcu would not have won the battles. Also Ma Liya had the highest vote and she's not Thai so

You said Yean got votes only because she's Thai but i debunked your racist statement, because there were more non-Thai trainees in top9 so the votes were based on skills and trainees' preference and not based on nationality. They'll sing in whatever language they want, promote wherever they want and whoever is gonna love them will love them, stop being butthurt about your faves not being there😭
