赞美is great, he’s selfless who’s trying to keep his team doing the best to win, pointing their weaknesses and asking them to practice to do better while his team members complain about him being strict, being this and that!!! You guys should be more appreciative. This is unbelievable!!! Even tho idk who he is beginning, but I give him a big thumps up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
If I were there, I would not question Santa because he is the best dancer. If you are not mentally and physically ready, why should you be on his team?
Maybe Santa could have given compliments time to time or try to lighten the mood and joke around at break so that they can relax a bit. The language is a barrier too. But not everybody does good in tense environment and continuous scolding. They need motivation. But I appreciate the professionalism he shows, his hardwork and how he tries to make it into a perfect team. He is a champion for a reason. During practice,he ought to be strict if they want his professional suggestions, you got to respect his working style, take on criticism as well, sometimes a leader got to sound rude so that people take his words seriously. Obviously he is better than the rest in terms of performance ,you ought to accept it and work hard to learn from him and to excel him but not think like “He acts like he is above us.” He did it for everyone, not so that only he could win. He is a professional dance teacher,it definitely will be different working with him if you want him to lead you. I think the team mates should be more understanding and in case of Santa, I know pressure is important but you also need to give a fair amount of positive energy to keep a team together.
