@LLiu2612
@LLiu2612 8 ай бұрын
I creating this translation with the assistance of ChatGPT. While my English is not good, I hope it enhances your enjoyment of the wonderful content presented by the Archangel. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I used to be working on the setting of "The Bloody Painter" and the plot at that time. In order to immerse myself in the perspective of the character to write these stories, I researched a substantial amount of data, Information related to real-life serial murder cases, modus operandi, motives, and the life stories of the murderers to understand what led to their inner distortion and similar factors. At that time, I consumed a vast amount of this type of information in order that, when writing the character, I could switch to the character's viewpoint. I feel that writing it that way will better match the personality I envision for this character. "The Bloody Painter" has a setting where he can make specimens from human bodies, so I researched how to create such specimens, although it was not an easy task. It's extremely difficult. It seemed to be my first encounter with... Meow~ (Cat interrupts, sweet ˃ᴗ˂ ) Little Toro, be good~ go to the side. Mommy is talking about the "homicidal maniac" thing. GOOD BOY~ You're so cute. It seemed to be my first encounter with researching specimen creation data when writing "BP." To immerse oneself in that "emotion" and the character's "state," start thinking from his perspective, "How to create a specimen?" At that time, I had fallen too deep. I isolated myself in a quiet room and then I immersed myself emotionally in the character. At that time, I had already entered the state. Then something happened that my three-colored cat suddenly ran over to my side. Usually, when Delu(迪鹿) myself look at my cat, I think about "Oh~That's my baby" "This is my precious baby." like that kind of feeling, but at that time, I had already entered the state of BP(character). I then turned my head and saw my three-colored cat. I looked at it for the first time, and my brain flashed a large amount of overwhelming information I was thinking about which joint to cut the limbs from, how to go about taxidermy, where to bleed from, and so on. Seeing my three-colored cat for the first time, my brain ping ding (乓噹, onomatopoeia) flashed with information on how to turn it into a specimen It really shocked me. I was frightened, hugging my cat in a manner like "Oh~ I'm sorry QQ." Then she started purring and continued to act cute. She had no idea that the person who just looked at her for the first time was not her mom but the mom possessed by BP(character). Hey, at that moment, when that string of information flashed in my mind, the next second I felt an intense sense of guilt. Because I thought: "How could I?" "Treat my cat as material" "Regard her as equipment for a specimen." like that kind of feeling. I'm the person who treat pets as family members, and the sensory experience is vastly different. One perspective is seeing them as precious lives. However, in that moment when I looked at her, what I felt was treating it (牠) as an "inorganic matter". I felt like I was treating it as an "inanimate object" (p.s. 牠 is pronoun that refers to an animal other than human.) (comment from 亞貍_777) Luckily, cats don't have the ability to peek into the thoughts in the heads. At that time, I was genuinely scared of the concept of "getting too deep into the role." I was scared. I truly had the mindset of immersing myself in that character, getting too deep into the role, so deep... that my perspective on things was altered. Also, because of that moment, when I later wrote character stories, I wrote very smoothly. My hands were basically constantly on the keyboard without stopping. Sounds like TAKKA TAKKA TAKKA TAKKA Writing a lot of words, it seems like I completely grasped what my character's inner thoughts are, how he sees himself, the people around him, and the world. At that moment, because I regarded my cat as material, I immediately understood what this character is thinking. (Comment from 亞貍_777) A kind of inspiration instantly exploded in your head. Indeed~ (Comment from 茶品葉) It seems that at that moment, BP existed in Delu's heart. Right! But I really feel that immersing oneself in the character, that moment when I looked at my cat and had the experience of treating it as material, was really... An impression that left a deep impact on me. But I haven't done that again since then because I realized that getting too deep into the role is a pretty terrifying thing. (Comment from 玥夜9412) Actually, this kind of thing is not good, if you can't control and detach yourself from it. Yes, Another thing that often happens when getting too deep into a role is, when I'm writing songs or character stories, I always make sure to immerse myself in the thoughts or emotions, I feel that writing it this way will have a certain flavor. Otherwise, I feel like I'm writing 芭樂歌 (Ballad? I'm not sure. 芭樂歌 meant songs that are often performed and played, perhaps with a sense of cliché or repetition) When what is written hollow, that's how I feel. Before I start writing, I always go through a step. I need to "be alone in a room" and give myself a very quiet space to immerse in. For example, when I'm writing a sad song, I will also isolate myself in a quiet room, and then I intentionally immerse myself in a very sad, sad state. I need to... think about everything in a "negative" direction so that I can write what I feel is a "flavorful" sad song. Otherwise, I feel like the songs that I'm writing are all 芭樂歌 (cliché song). It's most challenging to detach from emotion when written the sad song. I easily immerse myself in that emotion, and I start "crying." While writing sad songs, I often find myself shedding tears. holding the lyrics book and thinking about rhyming. However, I don't stop myself from crying because that's what I aim for. I have to be in this state to be able to write what I feel are good lyrics. (comment from savina0316) Late at night is when inspiration and Emo are more likely to come together. Really~ Especially before going to bed But I feel that when it's before bedtime, writing lyrics in an emotional (Emo) state is the best Wait a moment... Thinking like this, isn't my ability, which involves collecting information, reading extensive data, and then directly immersing myself in the character, similar to the ability of the character in "Oshi no Ko". That is "Akane Kurokawa" Isn't my ability the same as Akane's? The only difference is that I can't act. I apply this ability to screenwriting. (Comment from 天使長的狗來福) (Comment from Archangel's Dog, Lai Fu) 通靈王 (A master of surmising the thoughts behind the behavior)* Through extensive reading of materials, it is indeed possible to immerse oneself in a role and become a 通靈王 . This is truly "possible." Supplementary information *通靈 It means telepathy or reach out to the spirit world if translated it directly "通靈" in internet slang means understanding what happened through imagination, speculation, or even collective brainstorming, rather than directly asking the person involved. Ex: A: They haven't said a word to each other. They must have had a quarrel. B: 少"通靈"了! (Don't通靈, similar to "Don't overinterpret!") *通靈王 1. 王 means king and can be used as an master of doing something. 2. 通靈王 is also the translated name of the comic "Shaman King"

This is what she says in the video: She says that when she's writing about the Bloody Painter, she searches for a lot of information related to real-life serial killers - how and why they commit murder. This is because she wants to be able to see things from the character's perspective. To feel exactly like the character, she puts herself in a room, trying to get into the zone and reflect on all the research she has done. One thing that the Bloody Painter does is create human specimens, which leads her to conduct extensive research on human or animal specimens. There's this one time when she is in her acting 'zone', and her cat suddenly approaches her. But the first thought that comes to her mind when she sees her cat is how to turn it into a specimen. Even though this thought only lasts for a split second, it still kind of freaks her out because she loves her cat very much and would never do such a thing to her cat. However, this experience made it much easier for her to understand what the character was thinking, which improved her writing a lot.
