This song is my favorite of the Kagerou Project, and while I love how Ia's whispery, gentle kind of voice brings a menacing air to the original, I also love the power that Ama's voice brings to the table. It seems to give the whole song a different feel entirely, where Ia's was of a gentle threat, this version is telling you outright that there is a danger, and it should be feared. Another wonderful cover, kyaami. ^^ Nicely done.

The only thing I never came to understand about this song is how "naite" can translate into all these different words. Isn't the direct translation just saying "crying" four times?

It does sounds the same but if you look at the lyrics (well the kanjis I mean) they're written differently each time. Like idk, "buy" and "bye". So we have: 泣いて= crying 哭いて= weeping 啼いて= howling 綯いて= writhing I think you call those homophones, same pronunciation but different meaning/writing.
