The only problems is the return whether worthy or not , based on your indicative price , one bedder should be easily pass over $1.4 or 1.5mil providing your balloting number , if number behind when is your turn maybe only left high floor then you have to choose which may cause the total price even higher , in TOP, maybe you can sell at 1.6 mil just assume the profit is 100k. likewise , I can buy Norwood grand or similar project at low entry price about 1.1 for one bedder, in TOP can sell around 1.2 or even more let us assume the profit is also 100K after sell. So my question is, I invest 1.5mil to profit 100k, or alternatively I can invest 1.1 mil only but also can profit 100k, which option will you choose ?

@@alanweeproperty I just saw some transaction in Sep , big 3bedder sold at 1.6 plus mil in bellewood , for me , I would rather than choose free hold in Hillview area such as the lanai 3bedder also around 1.7 mil only . Spent 1.6+ mil just buy a ex EC leasehold, or buy some atas freehold condo in Hillview area ? What is your option
