With today’s big move with the 10 year, the expectation is for mortgage rates to shoot up again. In your opinion, will this be enough to slow the market even more so? Or, will it be enough to impact selling prices?

@@jeffersonjohns6397 - I think today’s volatility is a little too soon to tell. But if rates stay this high or go higher then I could see it effecting housing prices negatively. The condo market is already seeing it. So we would just see more of that. I think the single family market could handle rates going up more than just a little before it pushes prices into the negative territory. But lots of I think there because there are a lot of hypotheticals sitting out there right now.
