Yeah, but Sarah still has some issues, in regards to him using her in all his cons growing up. It's evident in the scene at Chuck and Sarah's "dream house" and she says "This is real? You love me?". She clearly hadn't felt loved before. It's why she was unable to tell Chuck she loved him until he asked her directly.
