their worst season. they made blair OOC and inconsistent. how does she go from wanting to running away with chuck to raise a child to choosing dan over him? made no sense when their love had grown very strong and she kept telling him she loved him. they could've gone more screentime this season if it weren't for bland dair

Yeah. It really is a shame S5 could have been much better. But Blair didn't really choose Dan..she was just scared and mentally unwell after suffering loss- they should have made it more clear since she did with Dan what she did after losing Yale when she said she didn't know who she was anymore.

It hurt that they put us through this season and gave us season 6. I understand that Chuck had to reap his 2 1/2 years of terror but all in one season? They should have NEVER separated them in Season 4 and they could have redeemed the show after the Paris train station scene. 6:45

I always saw season 5 as the inverse of season 2. Chuck put Blair through the ringer before they got together because he had issues, and then his dad fake died. Blair pushed Chuck away for similar issues. Their crash caused her to spiral and Chuck had to remain steady. When his dad returns, Blair starts to legitimately worry about him, and that’s what snaps her out of it.

Facts my exact thoughts💯 After their crash and her losing the Baby I think she got so scared that maybe they were only heading for destruction. But eventually she did snap out of The Whole Dan fiasco and back to being focus on Chuck💯
