What happened to these bots after they closed is very, very strange. They were somewhat dismantled, but not fully. And I guess someone found Chuck and Munch near a dumpster, and kept them in a shed for a few years, then sold them on eBay. I'm never scared of animatronics, but these guys looked horrifying after they were destroyed.
