Yeah, I'd say he probably needs to drop about 20 pounds or so to be at his ideal weight, and change his diet if he's just eating crap all the time. I was a fat kid. My dad hated having a fat son. He forced me to exercise and take taekwondo. I wanted to quit after a week because I was fat and lazy. He refused and said that he would not have a coward and a quitter as a son. I got in shape and my life improved exponentially. If my dad was one of those “let him choose for himself” uninvolved hands off dads, I would never have chosen physical fitness for myself. I am now in my 40s and I have a 32” waist and 8% body fat. I’m grateful to my father. Diamonds are made with great heat and pressure, they’re not made by being nice, and my dad understood that. Someone needs to tell Zion to get in shape, especially for the huge contract dollars the Pelicans are paying him.
