Chuck Norris was a badass. There's a good reason there's so many Chuck Norris one liners. @blue waters Good question. Basically, I don't over eat. If you are into bodybuilding then there are 3 basic things you must master. 1) Form 2) Focus 3) a precise diary (log) of your workouts and your diet. Anybody can lift weights even though there is a right way and a wrong way but a proper diet is absolutely crucial for the best results. YOU MUST BE IN COMPLETE CONTROL OF WHAT YOU EAT AND HOW MUCH YOU EAT AND WHEN YOU EAT. Anyone can loose weight but when you get down to 10% body fat or less you must be exact. I suggest 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Eat clean ... low in animal fats and cut out as much sugar as possible. From there it is a matter of manipulating your carb intake up or down to either gain muscle or lose fat. It is a learning experience and you must stick to your guns to make it work. GL!
@wishbone1035 жыл бұрын
@vindaloo gay love Cardio, stretching and heavy bag, speed bag work every other day. Weight lifting, split routine, on the days I don't do cardio. I never eat more then a cup of starches and only 1/2 cup of starches when I want to lean out more. My Caloric base line is 2400 cals a day. I never let my self get hungry, that is when we are our weakest in terms of will power. I stop cravings by eating protein ... boiled eggs, chichen, red meat etc. Protein is a poor source of energy and is the most difficult for the body to break down. It actually takes more energy to break down protein then the energy protein provides. Also, limit the cardio because to much cardio burns muscle a long with the fat. You have to learn what works for you!

@brewbeer55692 жыл бұрын
I think that these guys, Chuck and Benny, are only good by relatively low American standards of 30 - 40 odd years ago. Some of the modern kickboxers, Savate fighters and Thai boxers of roughly the same weight, would be far too good in their prime - Buakaw, Yodsanklai Fairtex, Artur Kyushenko, John Wayne Parr, Nathan Corbett, Simon Marcus, Adesanyu, Raymond Dekkers, Peireras, Jason Wilnik, Joe Schilling, Francois Pennecchio, Rodtang, Walter Goncalvez, Rodlek, etc. The different styles of kickboxing are more wide ranging international sports, boasting a greater global coverage of fighters from Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia. Benny avoided fights with some Thai fighters who challenged him. I saw Benny get a hiding from a taller and heavier Thai fighter - who Thai clinched him and kneed him repeatedly. He also lost to Billye Jackson - and - late in his career should have lost a decision to a Japanese kick boxer. Benny never beat any Thai national stadium champions, or definitely in a scenario where they could use most of their techniques. John Wayne Parr, Nathan Corbett, Artur Kyushenko and Ramon Dekkers have.

I luv that ridge hand. I read a lot about Chuck Norris`s kicks on here. They are effective in my opinion. His body is upright because as a karateka he can follow through with his punches after the kick. Also he is a pioneer. First people to use spin kicks in competition. He holds multiple belts. And my final point is that Benny the jet doesn't fool around if he sees someone that is fake he calls them out on it.

This is the way I learned originally when I broke away from traditional. So funny that there is not an all important emphasis on points of the jaw, solar plexus & liver. Chuck goes right to talking about the face, jaw, neck as a non specific whole target, then moves on to ribs and abdomen and finally goes into the dirty tactics of kidney and groin strikes. The UFC sure boiled it down for us! Not that this isn't useful or relevant, just that the bullet isn't as important as the target

Gotta love Chuck Norris's jovial character. Don't take his kindness for weakness,he was the undefeated World Champion 🏆 for years.

"Benny the Jet Urquidez, who is the current kick boxing champion is here to help me out." Not by being the one to demonstrate the kicks to you, but by acting as my punching bag.

You guys make me laugh saying this and that only about negative things bout chuck. In this video dated from 97 he is in his 50's, give him a break, he was already multiple world champion in the 60's, so...

B B B Benny the Jet; a very young world champion in full contact. Pure badass and ahead of his time.

He had amazing reaction, my lawer was a judo instructor, he told me about his competing days when he fought chuck norris, he said the guy was too fast to hit and his counter attacks came three or four hits at a time

Benny retired undefeated 56-0 and Chuck is a 6 time Karate Champ. No one can criticize either. IJS.
