@Tom Cass - Yes Tom, his intellect is perhaps the Secret of his Success.. That ability to view each piece of work from an Abstract perspective is part of what he brings with him every time he comes into the studio, and is part of what allows him to see, and feel, the solid foundation that many other players may not see.. It's the kind of attitude that musicians like Walter Becker and Larry Carlton would pick up on Immediately..
