Uh, no. Sarah is very much alive in season 5 and she and Chuck are still married. Yes, she does lose her memory, but shows signs of slowly getting it back when she asks Chuck to kiss her in the series finale. :)

To be honest given the open ending we got i would have accepted this ending with them driving off with the money and such after they got married that would have been a great ending for the show compared to the limbo we ended with.
