Wait, this is actually a special thing? I saw LPL using a similar clamp in a video, recognized it as a lighting clamp, ordered that and a cheap little adapter rod for $15 and stuck it in the base of my panavise. Never even heard of a chuckvise before, but I apparently accidentally made my own.

The special aspect of it is the 3D design which holds the clamp, not the clamp itself. It’s not a necessity but fun if you like 3D printed items and custom vises. Cheers 🍻

Nice video/giveaway/advert/entertainment mr snake 😂 I’m very happy with my vice, it does what it’s supposed to do & I have not yet found a lock that It can’t hold & it never fails to put locks at the right angle for the camera, I doubt very much that I could find better BUT I have been known to be wrong twice in the past, So I will enter & if I win (fat chance) I could be proved wrong for the third time in my life 😂 #chuckvice

@@SnakePicks thanks buddy, I’m the kind of person that’s not too keen on changing things if it works well (if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it) I like my vice for the reasons I gave plus it is solid as a rock, it has a suction base & it works very well, it stays stuck down for ever, the last time I moved it was months ago, but I think the chuck vice would be very good if I wanted to pick anywhere else away from the shed/workshop, in the house for instance, I’m not worried about looking cool, I just like things that do what they’re supposed to do.

@@BrettSucks I’m not too keen on change as well. I’ve used the same one for years with no intention on ever replacing it. The suction sure comes in handy as well. Yes it sounds like the chuck vise would be good for you for a mobile pick. I’ll take function over coolness as well but l personally like some bling. Cheers 🍻
