Season 5 is honestly one of those things I can't bring myself to watch again. Season 4 is my limit, Chuck and Sarah's wedding should've been the ending. But damn I miss Chuck

I think you can watch season 5 till episode 8. For me it's the real ending. They're together in her dream house, they quit their spy life and they have a future ahead. I love this ending.

I see it differently and actually like the lack of the happy ever after ending. To me, the ending was literally a new beginning, without the spy stuff getting in the way; he found her on the spot where he always went to think, she asked about their story, laughing and crying with him and, on hearing Morgan's plan, asked him to kiss her. She knew she loved him from the video that Casey gave her, and this was her way of accepting it and trying to rediscover that love. I hope one day you guys find a way to appreciate and be able to watch the entire series to the end, because it was truly a fantastic show.

She was starting to have feelings for Chuck, again. And also she was recovering bits of her memories, slowly it'true, but she is always Sarah, the woman who fell in love for Chuck at the pilot episode. And Chuck is, well Chuck.

It was much better without these. The Casey, Morgan and Alex scene would've been ok, but it's better ending Casey's part with him giving Chuck the bear hug and putting his hand over Sarah's during the handshake. But honestly, the Sarah ones are terrible. Not only do they contradict the ending, but why would she not even want to hear "their story"? That would've gone completely against the character. It's stated throughout much of the first two seasons that Sarah actually wanted a chance at a "normal life." Plus, this would've gone completely against why going after Quinn was so personal for her, she still wanted that life that she had had with Chuck. It's evident in that she was fighting back tears even while she was telling Chuck she didn't feel it. So, all in all, the finale was better as is.

well not really, if you think about it, morgan had lost his memories about being friends with chuck and when chuck confronted him he remember the pants thing and how they got back at the person that did it to him. same thing with sarah, he connects with her emotionnaly and she starts to remember stuff (the pornstart virus, the store,...)
