I tried to get into DnD, but the DM we had was really bad. Our party had gotten into a fight with a big monster and I rolled a nat20 on a strike and he refused to let me land the hit to where even the other people in the group were like, "But she rolled a nat20! That's not how this works!" and he kept responding with, "It's my story. I'm the DM and I say she didn't hit." We never continued the campaign after that.

I just imagined what would happen if they go somewhere find an old house with a bunch of clown themed weapons like a balloon sword that actually cuts stuff, or just squeaks when you use it. Or a shotgun loaded with shells that fire skittles that paint the enemy multiple colors while making them easier targets to find in the dark, or a grenade that releases a toxic smell that blinds your enemies as long as the gas is in the air being most effective in a small area, and causes mild poisoning from how bad it smells like being left in a hot car with a wet fart.
