Chuck, whilst I think it's great that you're enthusiastic and seem to know what you're talking about, there is one thing that annoys me and that is when the interviewer speaks more than the person being interviewed. During that interview, it was obvious that Briana wanted to say more, but because you were too busy talking, you didn't pick up on it.
