Looking back at this clip in retrospect, their relationship in Season 3 makes so much sense because you can see here that Caroline was always here for Chucky’s shenanigans. Chucky is generally loyal to folks who don’t get in his way or who he can benefit from. The writers can go in two directions-Caroline is Chucky’s accomplice and true “friend to the end” or he goes too far for even her and she joins her sister in trying to stop him.
