Honestly, Chucky wouldn't stand a chance against a super natural or alien like humanoid clown, Chucky has wits and is able to out smart his victims with traps and surprises, he may have the upper hand with his voodoo but it doesn't compare to super natural powers as he lacks the ability to shapeshift and doesn't have immunity to weapons, Pennywise on the other hand, has super natural abilities, and is able to possess, conjure, and warp reality to his will, fooling his victims into his traps as well and is immune to most weapons. It's like putting Batman against Superman, oh wait...
