Zillow is just uses an algorithm IT IS NOT THE ACTUAL VALUE OF A HOME. Any realtor will tell you that but if you tried to sell using Zillow's Estimate you will not get the actual value for the home.

Zillow is utter BS they estimated our home value 35% lower than a home with same floorplan and less features and amenities, the only difference is ours has never been on the market since construction.
