Okay... Few things... This is the original Iranian food that you tasted.. This comes in the top notch taste.. What u have tasted in Iran.. I don't know where u tasted it but one in Iran might not the best u have tasted..karachi chili kebabs. Am sorry to say are the worst.. They don't even come in 10 km diameters of what irani cuisine taste.. 2 the spice is called sumak... How come you don't that coz u kept saying again n again u have tasted the original.. 3 and most Importantly.. Those are not pomegranate seeds..... Those are balberries.... Again how you don't know that.. Yes their food is not very economical.. Coz they focus more. On quality.. And when there is quality there can't be compromise on price..

Well thankyou for sparing this much time to comment this long. I tasted this in Mash'had (Iran). And I only had once and no one mentioned the name of that spice during meal so dont know the name. 2ndly the seeds are pome. Seeds, I m sure about those as I have seen in many videos. Bilberries are also used but those were pome. seeds.
